IN THIS STUDY, WE HAVE INVESTIGATED THE IMPACTS OF HAZARDOUS EARTHQUAKES THAT OCCURRED MARMARA REGION ON NUSRETIYE CLOCK TOWER WHICH IS ONE HISTORICAL HERITAGES LOCATED CITY ISTANBUL. ANALYZED SEISMICITY AND PERFORMED NONLINEAR DYNAMIC ANALYSES UNDER REAL ARTIFICIAL GROUND MOTION DATA SET TO CONTRIBUTE PROTECTING CULTURAL HERITAGE ITS TRANSMISSION FUTURE GENERATIONS. CALCULATE PARAMETERS (B- VALUES, A- MAGNITUDE COMPLETENESS) REGION, COLLECTED A CURRENT CATALOGUE WHOSE COORDINATE RANGE 260-310 E LONGITUDES 400-420 N LATITUDES. CONSTRUCTED FROM 15 APRIL 1905 31 DECEMBER 2020. COMPLETE 29223 MD ? 1 OBTAINED BOGAZICI UNIVERSITY, KANDILLI OBSERVATORY EARTHQUAKE RESEARCH INSTITUTE, REGIONAL EARTHQUAKE-TSUNAMI MONITORING CENTER. LOADINGS ARE GENERATED USING SEISMIC PARAMETERS. THESE EXCITATIONS MASONRY EXHIBITED POORPERFORMANCE WITH OPENINGS DISLOCATION STONE BLOCKS. LIGHT ANALYSIS RESULTS SIGNIFICANTLY VULNERABLE SUFFER STRONG DAMAGE OR COLLAPSE AN RETURN PERIOD 2475 YEARS.
